Aaron Kraten:huntington beach born in san francisco

Aaron Kraten: street art and post modern expressionism

RD: Do you have to get in the "zone" to paint, or do you just jump right into it??

Aaron Kraten: i usually just zone out

RD: What kinds of Music do you listen to??

Aaron Kraten: anything from instramental *fly pan am, turning machine* to punk, independent music , etc

RD: How did you develop your stylle??

Aaron Kraten: i have been drawing since i was a kid and my paintings are a extention of that

RD: Do you have any crazy art gallery moments??

Aaron Kraten: i have 2 shows at the moment one is a show at the 198 gallery called I am 8bit *all video game baced art* and i have a show at Gallery C in hermosa beach called Paper Cuts *drawing or painting on paper*

RD: Whats your biggest accomplishment in terms of Art??

Aaron Kraten: Getting in the Moca in LA

RD: Do people ever send you pictures of tattoos of your work??

Aaron Kraten: all the time it is super flattering

Aaron Kraten: not yet , but i am not opposed to it :)

Aaron Kraten: some is gross , body fluid porn is Growdy

Aaron Kraten: I like girls with tattos and free sprits

Aaron Kraten: not to many most of the kids that come to my shows dont say anything to me , but i like to talk to new people and i am very approachable.
